You don’t know what to eat, how to eat, or how to KEEP FAT OFF. You’re feeling confused about what to eat for your goals.

Why We Made This for You

 
 

For years, we totally had our blinders on. We were working on our physical selves, but that was it!

We followed our coaches instructions. We did all the things that we thought were going to bring us into a state of life happiness and fulfillment.

We lost body fat, we got lean, but it didn’t really matter. We still weren’t happy.

In fact, during each of our fat loss journeys, we encountered negative patterns in our relationship with food, training and ourselves.

In hindsight, we see that it was coming from a much deeper place of unhappiness than we realized.

We both experienced self sabotage.

We both didn’t feel worthy of what we were trying to achieve.

We both didn’t feel good enough and were consumed with negative self talk. 

We both often would say to ourselves,

“If I just lose fat, then I will be attractive and then I will be worthy of love, happiness, success.”

“I’m not doing enough. I must have to train harder and eat less.”

“I want to be have legs like her. Once I have abs or flat stomach, I will feel complete and happy and will be able to achieve anything I want.”

Basically.. we felt like we had to prove to ourselves and to the world that we were good enough. We felt as though we didn’t belong, weren’t good enough and that we wouldn’t succeed.

Are you delaying your own happiness? We did. 

We had very high emotional attachment and expectations of what these things were going to bring to us and our lives. The stakes were so high that when we sabotaged ourselves, the feelings of guilt, shame and self hatred were absolutely soul destroying.

Those times were mentally draining and stressful. But, they were a blessing for both of us because the realization of what we are about to share with you came from living through these times.

Our realization was simply this…

It doesn’t matter what you look like. It doesn’t how much fat you lose or muscle you gain.

Changing your body is not a golden ticket to happiness. 

It may give you a temporary insight to how happiness feels, but it surely won’t last.

Just like a new relationship, the novelty wears off. The honeymoon phase is only temporary. 

If you continually find yourself sabotaging and saying things like “I just need to try harder, use more willpower and push myself more” .. NEWSFLASH!!! This is nothing more than a temporary band aid.

This joyous cycle will continue until you pop on your action pants and figure out why you sabotage.
